We are delighted to say that Stratford District Council has now supported our Neighbourhood Plan report.  A copy of the report can be viewed at the link below.

Referendum Report

The final step is now for the policies in the Neighbourhood Plan to be put to a referendum of all residents of the Parish.  This will take place on Thursday 11th October.  Voting cards will be issued by Stratford District Council sometime in September to all residents that are eligible to vote.  The polling station will be at the Village Hall.

We are conscious of the fact that many people have moved into the area over the past few years and may not be eligible to vote here.  However, it’s not too late to register to vote.

Anyone wishing to vote must be included in the voters roll no later than twelve working days before polling day. Registration can be done either by visiting www.gov.uk/register-to-vote or by requesting a form to complete from the Electoral Registration Officer at the District Council offices in Stratford. More details on postal and proxy voting options will be notified in a later bulletin.

As part of our promotion of the referendum, the Neighbourhood Plan team will be sending information by e-mail to as many people as possible.  We already have several hundred residents who have agreed to receive updates by e-mail.

If you would also like to receive information then please send a message to info@w-w-w.org.uk just stating the word YES.  You will then be added to our growing list!
